The Croatian bar scene has experienced exceptional success. As many as three domestic bars; Peaches & Cream from Zagreb and Bar Sistema and Strings Cocktail Club from Split were included in the prestigious 50 Best Discovery list for the first time.

Peaches & Cream has built a reputation as a place where top-notch cocktails meet a relaxed, playful ambiance. The atmosphere is unpretentious, but behind each drink is a carefully crafted recipe and an innovative approach to mixology. The offer adapts to the season and changes twice a year, and in addition to signature cocktails such as the Green Card with apple, cardamom and vetiver or the Slightly Famous which combines honey, chamomile and orange, guests can also request a drink tailored to their own taste.
Bar Sistema in Split is known for its creative cocktails, and co-owner Anteo Ivanišević and bartender Mate Matić recently visited the Florentine bar Locale Firenze, ranked 36th on the World's 50 Best Bars list. On the occasion, they presented four signature cocktails, including the Citrus Negroni with gin infused with black lemon and the Linen with bourbon, cognac infused with pumpkin seed oil and distilled hazelnuts.
Strings Cocktail Club brings a unique combination of rock'n'roll energy and bar scene, defining itself as an innovative speakeasy bar with character. Here, classics merge with modern mixology techniques, creating an authentic experience for true cocktail lovers. Another important link on the World's 50 Best Discovery list is Anteo Ivanišević, who is behind both Split bars.
